For nearly 130 years, St. Joseph's School was the heart of Haverhill's Lafayette Square — educating generations of students from 1888 until the Archdiocese of Boston closed its doors in 2017.
Today, The Lofts at St. Joseph honor that legacy. Developed by Jonathan Cody of Atlantic Investments with design by Wellesley Design Consultants, every detail pays homage to the building's past — from bold color schemes inspired by the original classrooms to exposed brick walls that have stood for over a century.
Each floor tells its own story with unique color palettes and tributes to local Haverhill artists and photographers. This isn't just an apartment — it's a piece of the neighborhood's history, brought back to life.
